Dr. Basem Abdelfattah is a pain management specialist and anesthesiologist serving the Texas communities of Red Oak, Waxahachie, Dallas, and Mesquite. He earned his medical degree from Texas Tech University and then completed his residency in anesthesiology at Loyola University Chicago where he also completed a pain management fellowship.

Dr. Abdelfattah is trained in minimally invasive spine surgery and provides consultations and prescriptions for patients with chronic and acute pain. Among the IntelliSpineSM Laser Procedure, he also performs x-rays, trigger point injections, nerve blocking, anti-pain stimulator implantation, and epidural injection to treat spinal pain, joint pain and arthritis. Dr. Abdelfattah has worked as a Border Medicine Preceptor, gathering information from low-income communities to learn how to serve them better. He also volunteers with other community programs regularly.
