This includes insurance verification, MRI reviews, gathering medical records, scheduling details, regular check-ins to update you on the status of your case, and more. The unique service provided by your Patient Care Manager is free of charge.
Need a Second Opinion?
If you are looking for a second opinion and already have an MRI or CT scan, which is less than 3 years old, we are standing by to review your images for free to determine the most effective treatment plan. Here are four simple ways to provide us your imaging for review.
- Ask us to request it for you. If you do not have a copy of your imaging on hand, we can request it for you. Simply call 855.474.2225 or submit the form on this page to start the process.
- Email it to us. Send the written report to our secure address at [email protected]
- Fax it to us. Send the written report via fax to 866-810-6692.

Once we receive your MRI or CT scan, it can take up to 2 business days for our department to review.
*An MRI or CT scan is necessary in personalizing a treatment plan most effective for you. If you do not have one, your Patient Care Manager will gladly help you set one up.
