Treatment Options

• Laminectomy: In this procedure, bone material is removed from one or more vertebrae to relieve nerve compression.
• Microdiscectomy (Microdecompression): This spine surgery is a partial disc removal to relieve spinal nerve compression; it is often used to treat herniated discs.
• Spinal fusion: This spine surgery procedure fuses two or more spinal segments to relieve pain caused by motion; other procedures may require fusion surgery to maintain spinal stability.
