We are happy to take your insurance information over the phone and check your benefits for you to estimate your out of pocket cost.  Many patients are fully covered under their plan and incur little to no out-of-pocket expense.

If you are a self-pay patient, you will receive one global bill for your physician, facility and anesthesia costs.  You will never receive an additional bill from us.  We put it in writing!  No bills from the hospital, from anesthesia – One bill.  Guaranteed.
