Laser spine surgery corrects injuries and abnormalities in the spine that have not responded to more conservative pain management plans.
If you are suffering from severe back pain, minimally invasive surgery, such as the AccuraScope Procedure developed by North American Spine, may be an option to free you from pain without the need for traditional back surgery.
The AccuraScope Procedure is the least invasive form of laser spine surgery available and can be completed in as little as 30 minutes.
Ask Our Experts About Our Exclusive AccuraScope Procedure:
- Proven technology allows one tiny incision to treat multiple problematic areas in one 30-minute procedure
- Fast recovery time, with many patients resuming normal activity the following day
- Ongoing access to medical professionals and past patients to answer your questions
- Affordable financial options for most patients with health insurance

About the Procedure
AccuraScope™ D.N.D. at North American Spine is a minimally invasive, innovative pain management procedure used to both diagnose and treat inter-vertebral lumbar discs, spinal stenosis and many other causes to reduce back pain.
Using live x-ray for guidance and a tiny incision, our partner physicians insert an endoscopic fiber-optic scope, like a small tube, through a small incision in the skin and into a natural opening at the base of the spine.
The physician examines the inside of the spinal canal and the discs of the lower back, from both sides of the spinal canal, to identify any tears, ruptures, herniations, bulges, scar tissues or other abnormalities.
What this Means for You
- Tiny Incisions
- Less Chance for Recurrence
- Minimal Risk of Damage to Muscles, Bone, Nerves, & Blood Vessels
- Minimal Scarring
- Less Pain after Procedure
- Rapid Recovery

We Accept Most Private Insurance Plans
We are happy to take your insurance information and have our insurance department verify your benefits. For most private insurance patients, there is no out of pocket cost.
However, if you do have any out of pocket cost, we guarantee that will be your total cost for that surgery date. You will never receive an additional bill from us. We put it in writing! No bills from the hospital, from anesthesia – One bill. Guaranteed.
Through a partnership with Chase Health Advance (a division of JPMorgan Chase), patients have the option to use a payment plan for their portion of the surgery costs. The application process is extremely simple and approval is typically received within minutes.
We have helped thousands of patients return to the lives they were living before the onset of chronic back pain. We are here to help. Call 877.474.BACK today to start your journey back.
