North American Spine is a privately held company with corporate headquarters in Dallas, TX.  Until January of 2009, the company operated as a single-Doctor practice in Dayton, Ohio, where the AccuraScope procedure was developed by Lawrence Rothstein, M.D.

The AccuraScope procedure has been performed over 4,000 times with an exceptionally high success rate.
