North American Spine is a privately held company with corporate headquarters in Dallas, TX.  Until January of 2009, the company operated as a single-Doctor practice in Dayton, Ohio, where the AccuraScope procedure was developed.

The AccuraScope procedure has been performed over 5,000 times with an exceptionally high success rate.

Consistent with our mission of helping as many people as possible, North American Spine seeks to provide information regarding the most innovative and effective procedures available to assist patients in their efforts to find solutions to their acute or chronic back or neck pain. North American Spine has partnered with world-class physicians and facilities and has licensed its trademarks for use by Lone Star Back Institute, PLLC and its associated physicians and to Forest Park Medical Center in Dallas, TX as well as to University General Hospital in Houston, TX.
